Do you offer private bookings for events, groups, or corporate bookings?
We are happy to offer private tours and group bookings. We can accommodate eight guests for bookings this season. Just get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to make your event fun and memorable (not to mention picturesque)!
Are there special prices for children or seniors?
Enjoy a boat ride with the whole family! Youth (5-15 years) just $20, and children (1-4 years) only $5. An unforgettable aquatic adventure awaits! Book now and add up to 8 people.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB) online through our website and on the dock. On the dock, we also accept cash payment in CAD or USD (USD is accepted on par with CAD), and tap-enabled debit/credit cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions or issues.
Something came up / I missed the tour I was booked for, can I get a refund?
Tour bookings are non-refundable. You can offer the seats to someone else. This policy enables us to make tours available to the greatest number of people at our always-low rates. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
Can I reserve my seat by phone or in person?
Booking through our website is the quickest and easiest option for most guests, but you may also contact us if you would prefer to book using some other method.
