What if weather is bad?

Tours are generally “fair weather” as our boat is covered but not fully enclosed. Winds of 25 km/hr or more will necessitate cancellation for safety reasons. Heavy rain or fog will cause us to cancel a scheduled tour in order to prevent a disappointing or soggy tour; no fun if you are wet or cannot see anything!

If the Captain decides a tour needs to be cancelled, we will immediately notify you by text and/or email and either refund the full cost of your booking, or offer to book you on another tour if you would like. We recommend that Guests opt-in for text message updates upon checkout so that we can get in touch with you quickly and easily.
